Implementation Project Manager

[m]pirik is improving cardiac care by addressing the pervasive issue of undertreatment ofcardiovascular diseases. We are solving this problem by utilizing technology and novelalgorithms to identify appropriate patients automatically. Located in Milwaukee’s Historic ThirdWard, [m]pirik is seeking a Milwaukee-based Implementation Project Manager to join theirgrowing team.

A Day in the Life

Our Implementation Project Manager will be a motivated and highly organized individual withstrong communication skills that will serve as the ‘quarterback’ running successful clientimplementations and internal business projects. You will establish a comprehensiveunderstanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage aplan to meet those goals. The Implementation Project Manager is a key contributor in the successof each client. This position may involve travel; willingness to do so is a must.

Responsibilities include​:

  • Manage projects working with accounts to implement the technical and clinical aspects ofour service, as well as contribute/manage internal projects for business needs
  • Coordinate internal and external technical resources to execute EHR interfaces with ourclients
  • Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
  • Design project plans and provide systematic updates to the team and mpirik leadership ofprogress of those projects
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Travel to client institutions to provide on-site training and data validation for clientimplementation

  • Previous experience in information technology or other related fields

  • Strong leadership qualities

Bonus if you have:

  • History providing customer support and/or technical training to users
  • Healthcare software experience
  • Experience in small startup environments
  • Can draw perfect whiteboard circles in < 1 second
